As a basketball club, we only process personal data necessary for organizing training sessions, matches, duties, and club operations. We never sell or share your data with commercial third parties.
1. Member Administration (FOYS / Sportlink)
Our official member administration connects to FOYS and Sportlink (Dutch Basketball Federation). Details such as name, date of birth, and team membership are kept securely and synced periodically.
2. Protected Duties & Schedules
Referee, table, laundry, and driving schedules are strictly restricted to logged-in club members in Mijn Nest. Unauthenticated visitors only see general match times and locations, never individual names of officials or drivers.
3. No Tracking or Advertising Cookies
Valley Vultures uses zero third-party commercial tracking cookies, ad pixels, or trackers. We only utilize a strictly functional session cookie to secure your login state.
4. Anonymization on Request
Members who have opted for enhanced privacy in the federation registry will automatically be anonymized across internal duty overviews (e.g. 'Firstname L.').
